The pre-formation is composed of powered roller by means of a belt which speed is checked by frequency converter.

Automatic pack turner and pack spacers suitable to create the different layer patterns.

Automatic pusher suitable to push the rows of packs towards the palletizing head.

Boundary self-centring layer compacting units are put in motion by motor reducers; the positioning is checked, electronically.

The dimensions of the layer are stored in the format which has been set, in order to compact it without making too much pressure on product.

Safety system against the eventual fall of the head, in case of the breaking of the lifting chain, by means of pneumatic cylinders of locking.
